Area to North and East is church property utilized as a ballfield, <br /> etc. and provides considerable open area. <br /> 3. Other residences in the area have attached garages. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> b) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public in- <br /> terest. <br /> c) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #1153. Paul Folbrecht - Dunn - Request from Steve McCloskey to amend varianc: . <br /> Motion by Harvey, second by Purcell to amend the variance granted from 46 <br /> feet to 50 feet, finding of fact and conclusion to remain as specified on <br /> June 23, 1983. Motion carried. <br /> #1156. Murphy - Middleton - Request for reconsideration. Request reviewed. <br /> Motion by Kruschke, second by Harvey to deny, no new evidence was presented. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Harvey, second by Voges to adjourn.
