MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON MAY 26' 19 83 The Board of Adjustment committee met on May 26, 19 8 3 with the following members present: PRESENT: Voges, Harvey, Schwahn, Kruschke, Purcell. ALSO PRESENT: Fleck. Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Voges in Room #224, City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II notice. Motion by Purcell, second by Harvey to approve the minutes of April 28 and May 24, 1983. Motion carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #1149. Appeal by TRB Ltd. for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (1) (b) to permit alteration of existing building at 2663 USH 51 in the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 9, Town of Dunn. Appeal by Gordon Jenkins for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11 .05 (g) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Sugar River in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 20, Town of Montrose.
