Appeal by Michael Arndt agent for Tom Henry for a variance <br /> from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (a) to <br /> permit construction of a residential garage at 3415 Siggelkow Road - NW 1/4 <br /> SW 1/4 - Section 36, Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: M.
