410 <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON September 23, 19 82 <br /> • <br /> The Board of Adjustment committee met on <br /> September 23, 19 82 with the following members present: <br /> • PRESENT: Voges, Harvey, Schwahn, Kruschke, Purcell <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 City-Co. <br /> Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II notice. <br /> Motion by Schwahn, second by Harvey to approve the minutes of August <br /> 26 and September 21, 1982. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1096. Appeal by William McMahan for a variance from required side yard <br /> (1, as provided by Section 10. 14 (6) to permit existing location of addition <br /> to building at 6209 C.T.H. "PD" Lot #2, C.S.M. #1049, Section 7, Town <br /> of Fitchburg. <br /> IN FAVOR: William McMahan OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1097. Appeal by Allen and Dorothy Griebel for a variance from re- <br /> quired setback as provided by Section 10.17 (5) to permit location of <br /> existing deck and a solar greenhouse addition to residence at 1880 <br /> Derby Drive, Lot #14, Briarwood - Section 33, Town of Fitchburg. <br /> IN FAVOR: A. & D. Griebel OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1098.
