Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1096. Appeal by William McMahan for a variance from required side yard <br /> (1, as provided by Section 10. 14 (6) to permit existing location of addition <br /> to building at 6209 C.T.H.
