MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON .711r.v 7?, 19 R2 The Board of Adjustment committee met on July 22, 19 82 with the following members present: PRESENT: Voges, Harvey, Purcell ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #313-G City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II Notice. Motion by Purcell, second by Harvey to approve the minutes of June 24 and July 20, 1982. Motion carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #1064. Appeal by Madison Gas & Electric Company for variance from maxi- mum allowed height of structures located 1 to 3 miles from the Dane County Airport as provided by Section 78.03 to erect an electric trans- mission line in Sec tions 9, 15, 16, 22 and 27, Town of Burke. IN FAVOR: Clark Kimball, representing Madison Gas & Electric; Attorney William T. Risser. OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: D. Jones, Chairman no objection COMMUNICATION: Telephone call - Jim Kolosky, Dane County Regional Airport, no objection if marked and lighted. #1084. Appeal by Arthur Haarklau for variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (1) to permit an addition to re- sidence at 3445 S.T.H. 138, NE 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 11, Town of Rutland. , IN FAVOR: A.
