MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON .711r.v 7?, 19 R2 <br /> The Board of Adjustment committee met on <br /> July 22, 19 82 with the following members present: <br /> PRESENT: Voges, Harvey, Purcell <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in <br /> Room #313-G City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published <br /> by Class II Notice. Motion by Purcell, second by Harvey to approve <br /> the minutes of June 24 and July 20, 1982. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1064. Appeal by Madison Gas & Electric Company for variance from maxi- <br /> mum allowed height of structures located 1 to 3 miles from the Dane <br /> County Airport as provided by Section 78.03 to erect an electric trans- <br /> mission line in Sec tions 9, 15, 16, 22 and 27, Town of Burke. <br /> IN FAVOR: Clark Kimball, representing Madison Gas & Electric; Attorney <br /> William T. Risser. OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: D. Jones, Chairman <br /> no objection COMMUNICATION: Telephone call - Jim Kolosky, Dane County <br /> Regional Airport, no objection if marked and lighted. <br /> #1084. Appeal by Arthur Haarklau for variance from required setback <br /> from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (1) to permit an addition to re- <br /> sidence at 3445 S.T.H. 138, NE 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 11, Town of Rutland. , <br /> IN FAVOR: A.
