Building to hold a public hearing as published by <br /> Class II notice. Motion by Schwahn, second by Harvey to approve <br /> minutes of April 22 and May 25, 1982; Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened: <br /> #1061. Appeal by Jerome Leis for a variance from required setback from <br /> normal high waterline as provided by Section 11.05 (c) to permit an <br /> addition to residence at 10538 Laws Drive, Lot #1, CSM 2573, Section <br /> 21, Town of Mazomanie. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Leis OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Mary Kruschke, Clerk: Town has no objection. <br /> #1062. Appeal by Joseph W.
