16/ <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON NOVEMBER 18, 19 82 <br /> The Board of Adjustment rommittee met oni <br /> November 18, 82 <br /> 19 with the following members present: <br /> PRESENT: Voges, Harvey, Kruschke, Schwahn, Purcell <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room <br /> #224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published. by <br /> Class II notice. Motion by Purcell, second by Schwahn to approve the <br /> minutes of the October 28 and November 16, 1982; motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1111. Appeal by Ralph Patterson for a variance from required setback <br /> from normal high waterline as provided by Section 11.05 (d) to permit <br /> an addition to residence at 2835 Crescent Drive, Lot #4, Crescent Park, <br /> Section 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Dick Larson, Builder, representing R. Patterson OPPOSED: <br /> None COMMUNICATION: Letter; Dunn Town Board, in favor. <br /> #1112. Appeal by John C. Rieder for a variance from maximum permitted <br /> floor area of an accessory building and from required setback from <br /> property line as provided by 10.04 (1) and 10.16 (6) (a) 4. , to permit <br /> a garage on Lot#15, Block #1, 1st Addition to Oakridge, 841 Burr Oaks <br /> Lane, Section 35, Town of Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Rieder OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #111 . Appeal by Madison Metro Sewer District for a Special Exception <br /> Permit as provided by Section 11.05 (g) to construct weed cutter launch <br /> sites and improve access road along Badfish Creek in Sections 30 and 31, <br /> Town of Dunn and Section 5, 6 and 23 - Town of Rutland. <br /> IN FAVOR: Gary Sachs, Engineer for M.M.S.D.
