MINUTES Board of Adjustment Meeting September 24 , 1981 IL) PRESENT: Schwahn, Voges, Harvey, Purcell, Kruschke ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. • The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7 : 30 p.m. in Room #224 - City-Co. Building to hold a public hearing as scheduled by Class II Notice. Motion by Schwahn, second by Purcell to approve the minutes of August 27 and September 22, 1981. Motion carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #1020. Appeal by Bowman Farms, Inc. for a variance from required side yard as provided by Section 10.13 (6) , to permit renovation of building located at 3065 South Fish Hatchery Road, Part of Lot #13, Maple Lawn Heights, Section 3, Town of Fitchburg.
