Building to hold a public hearing as advertised <br /> by Class II notice. Motion by Schwahn, second by Kruschke to approve <br /> the minutes of July 23, and August 2), 1981; motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1009. Application by Fred Taylor for a Special Exception Permit as per <br /> Section 11.05 (g) to construct a pond within 300 feet of Koshkonong Creek <br /> in the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 19, Township of Deerfield. <br /> IN FAVOR: F.
