August 27, 1981 MINUTES BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 41W. PRESENT: Kruschke, Purcell, Schwahn, Harvey ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Purcell at 7:27 p.m. in Room #224 City-Co. Building to hold a public hearing as advertised by Class II notice. Motion by Schwahn, second by Kruschke to approve the minutes of July 23, and August 2), 1981; motion carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #1009. Application by Fred Taylor for a Special Exception Permit as per Section 11.05 (g) to construct a pond within 300 feet of Koshkonong Creek in the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 19, Township of Deerfield. Appeal by DuWayne Zimmerman for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) to permit existing location of building at 4673 Kennedy Road, SE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 4, Township of Cottage Grove.
