MINUTES - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> Meeting of July 3; 1981 <br /> PRESENT: • Voges, Harvey, Purcell, Kruschke <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck <br /> The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Voges at 7:15 p.m. in <br /> Room #224 City-County Building. Motion by Purcell, second by Kruschke to <br /> approve minutes of June 25, .1981 and July 21, 1981; motion carried. <br /> Nominations for officers were called for. <br /> Chairman: William Voges was nominated by Purcell, second by <br /> Harvey. Motion by Kruschke to close nomination and <br /> cast a unanimous ballot for Voges, second by Purcell. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Vice Chairman: Purcell nominated by Kruschke, second by Harvey with <br /> motion to close nomination and cast unanimous ballot <br /> for Purcell; second by Kruschke. Motion carried. <br /> Secretary: Schwahn nominated by Kruschke, second by Purcell with <br /> motion to close nomination and cast unanimous ballot <br /> for Schwahn; second by Kruschke. Motion carried. <br /> Chairman Voges opened public hearing at 7:30 p.m. as advertised by Class <br /> II notice, the notice was read . <br /> #1005. Appeal by Stanley Troy for a Special Exception Permit to grade <br /> and fill within 300 feet of the Yahara River as provided by Section 11 .05 <br /> (g) to permit installation of a septic mound system at 1728 Oakview Drive, <br /> (111, Lots 29, 30 and West 1/2 Lot #31, Oak Knoll, Section 32, Township of <br /> Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: S. Troy OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1006. Appeal by Harlan Benson for a variance from required setback from <br /> normal high water line as provided by Section 11.05 (d) to permit en- <br /> closing of existing open porch at 3142 Shadyside Drive, East 38 feet of <br /> Lot #9, Vea Park, Section 30, Township of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: H. Benson OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1007.
