MINUTES - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Meeting of July 3; 1981 PRESENT: • Voges, Harvey, Purcell, Kruschke ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Voges at 7:15 p.m. in Room #224 City-County Building. Motion by Purcell, second by Kruschke to approve minutes of June 25, .1981 and July 21, 1981; motion carried. Nominations for officers were called for. Chairman: William Voges was nominated by Purcell, second by Harvey. Motion by Kruschke to close nomination and cast a unanimous ballot for Voges, second by Purcell. Motion carried. Vice Chairman: Purcell nominated by Kruschke, second by Harvey with motion to close nomination and cast unanimous ballot for Purcell; second by Kruschke. Motion carried. Secretary: Schwahn nominated by Kruschke, second by Purcell with motion to close nomination and cast unanimous ballot for Schwahn; second by Kruschke. Motion carried. Chairman Voges opened public hearing at 7:30 p.m. as advertised by Class II notice, the notice was read . #1005. Appeal by Stanley Troy for a Special Exception Permit to grade and fill within 300 feet of the Yahara River as provided by Section 11 .05 (g) to permit installation of a septic mound system at 1728 Oakview Drive, (111, Lots 29, 30 and West 1/2 Lot #31, Oak Knoll, Section 32, Township of Pleasant Springs.
