The Zoning <br /> Department shall be notified of the completion of the project. <br /> #904. Badger Bowl-Smithback, Madison. Request for amendment to variance <br /> granted: Mr. Smithback plans to add to the Badger Bowl facility which will <br /> require additional parking. When the last parking area was completed, <br /> more parking spaces were provided in the city area than were required by <br /> conditions of the variance. These extra spaces could now be utilized to <br /> amke up for the spaces lost to the building addition and the additional <br /> spaces required by the addition but an amendment to the variance is <br /> necessary to permit the exchange. <br /> Motion by Voges, second by Purcell to amend variance #904 from 46 spaces <br /> to 87 spaces contingent upon a deed restriction that required parking <br /> area located in the city shall be utilized solely for parking for the <br /> Badger Bowl Facility. Finding of fact and conclusion remain as for variance <br /> #904. Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to adjourn.
