13OARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> Meeting of May 28, 1981 - Minutes <br /> PRESENT: Dahlk, Voges, Kruschke, Schwahn, Purcell <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dahlk at 7:30 p.m. in Room <br /> #226, City-Co. Building. Motion by Voges, second by Kruschke to approve <br /> minutes of April 23 , 1981 and May 26, 1981. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #984. Appeal by Thomas D. Mooney for a variance from required setback <br /> from property line as provided by Section 10.17 (5) (b) to permit con- <br /> struction of a garage on the South 40 feet of the West 130 feet of Out- <br /> lot #B, C. A. Gallagher Park, Section 5, Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: T. Mooney OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Wm. Voges, Superviso ; <br /> Town Board has no objection COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #985. Appeal by Marvin Kelly for a variance from required setback from <br /> road as provided by Section 10. 17 (2) to permit an addition to a building <br /> at 1765 C.T.H.
