<br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck
<br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dahlk at 7:31) p.m. in Room
<br /> #224, City-County Building to hold a public hearing as advertised by
<br /> Class II notice. Motion by Voges, second by Purcell to approve minutes
<br /> of February 26 and April 22, 1981; motion carried. Motion by Voges,
<br /> second by Purcell to approve per diem and mileage for Phyllis Schwahn's
<br /> individual inspection on April 21 , 1981 of the properties scheduled for
<br /> this public hearing. Motion carried.
<br /> The notice was read and public hearing was opened.
<br /> #970. Appeal by Dane County Public Works Department for a Special
<br /> Exception Permit, as per Section 11.05 (g) , to fill and grade within
<br /> 300 feet of Halfway Prairie Creek and install a lake level control struc-
<br /> ture in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 11, Town of Berry.

<br /> TOWN BOARD: H. Hoffman, Chairman, no objection. COMMUNICATION: None
