Building to hold a public hearing as scheduled <br /> by Class II notice. Motion by Purcell, second by Schwahn to approve <br /> the minutes of September 24 and October 13, 1981 . The notice was read <br /> and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1029: Appeal by Richard J. Holmes for a Special Exception Permit as <br /> provided by Section 11.05 (q) to construct an irrigation, pond within <br /> 300 feet of Koshkonong Creek in the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town <br /> of Cottage Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Holmes OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter from <br /> Town Board in favor. <br /> #1030. Appeal by Martin R. Berge for a variance from required setback <br /> from a town road as provided by Section 10. 17 (3) to permit existing <br /> location of new residence in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 31, Town of <br /> Vermont. <br /> (11, IN FAVOR: M.
