MINUTES <br /> Board of Adjustment <br /> Meeting of September 25, 1980 <br /> PRESENT: Voges, Schwahn, Purcell, Dahlk, Kruschke <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dahlk at 7:30 p.m. in Room <br /> #224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class <br /> II notice. Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to approve the minutes <br /> of August 28, 1980 and September 16, 1980. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #928. Appeal by David D. Blackbourn for variances from required setback <br /> from normal high waterline and rear yard provided by Section 10.16 (7) (d) <br /> and 10.123 (9) (a) . Variances are necessary to permit an addition to <br /> the residence at 3435 Alsmo Road, Part Government Lot #1, Section 14, <br /> Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Blackbourn OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter, town <br /> board in favor. <br /> #929. Appeal by Richard Larson for a Special Exception Permit to excavate <br /> and fill within 300 feet of Lake Waubesa as provided by Section 10.17 (7) <br /> (g) . Project is located at 2847 Crescent Drive, Part Government Lot #1 - <br /> Section 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Larson OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter, town boar. <br /> in favor. <br /> #931. Appeal by Walter Wirth for a variance from required setback from <br /> road or from rear yard as provided by Section 10.17 (3) and 10.12 (7) <br /> (a) . Variance is necessary to permit renovation and addition to the buil. .ng <br /> located at 8841 Sletto Road, part of NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4, Town of <br /> Springfield. <br /> IN FAVOR: W.
