MINUTES <br /> Board of Adjustment <br /> Meeting of August 28, 1980 <br /> !LaPRESENT: Voges, Dahlk, Schwahn, Purcell, Kruschke <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dahlk at 7:30 p.m. in Room <br /> #224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as advertised by <br /> public notice. Motion by Voges, second by Purcell to approve the minutes <br /> of July 24, and August 26, 1980. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> 4 #911. Appeal by Berton Crary for a variance from required lot width at <br /> r building setback lines as per Section 10.01 (10) & 10.05 (4) (a) . Vari- <br /> ance is necessary to provide a buildable area on Lot #3 Cherry Wood View, <br /> Section 30, Town of Middleton. <br /> v IN FAVOR: B. Crary OPPOSED: Gary Fox COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #912. Appeal by John D. Lemanski for a Special Exception as per Section <br /> 10.26 (6) (a) 2. , to permit benefit horse, rodeo and 4-H related shows <br /> on property located at 2189 Rinden Road in the E 1/2 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 - <br /> Section 10, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. D. Lemanski; Robert Schunk OPPOSED: None L. J. Enger, <br /> Zoning Administrator presented facts of Zoning Ordinance and statutes. <br /> (OW COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #913. Appeal by Tom Rhodes for a variance from required side yard and <br /> setback from normal high waterline as per Section 10.07 (7) (a) and <br /> 10.16 (7) . Variances are necessary to permit an addition to the resi- <br /> dence on Lot #8, Crescent Park, Section 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: T. Rhodes OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter, Town of <br /> 4 Dunn, in favor. <br /> #914. Appeal by London Cheese Cellar for variance from required distance <br /> of a sign from an intersection and prohibition of being located within <br /> the tangency points of a curve to the right as per Section 10.72 (2) (a) <br /> and (b) . Variances are necessary to permit a directory sign at 145 U.S.H. <br /> 12, SE 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 1, Town of Christiana. <br /> IN FAVOR: Bess Morrese; Don Austerli, Dane County Supervisor. <br /> OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Wisconsin Highway; copy of their letter <br /> of denial to Mr. Morrese. <br /> #915.
