Minutes <br /> Board of Adjustment <br /> Meeting of June 26, 1980 <br /> r <br /> PRESENT: Voges, Dahlk, Schwahn, Purcell, Kruschke <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dahlk at 7:30 p.m. in Robm <br /> #224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as advertised by Class <br /> II notice. Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to approve the minutes of <br /> May 22, 1980 and June 24, 1980. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #892. Appeal by Displaymedia, Inc. for a variance from maximum permitted <br /> distance a directory sign may be located from the business advertisied <br /> as provided by Section 10.72 (2) (c) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Vari- <br /> ance is necessary to permit a directory sign in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 - Sec- <br /> tion 22, Town of Springdale. <br /> IN FAVOR: Dave Moore, Attorney representing Displaymedia OPPOSED: Non- <br /> COMMUNICATION: None - L. J. Enger, Zoning Administrator clarified <br /> zoning ordinance and history. <br /> #893. Appeal by James Devine for a variance from required side yard as <br /> provided by Section 10.16 (5) (a) 2. - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Var - <br /> ance is necessary to permit an addition to the residence at 4350 Jordan <br /> Drive, Lot #43, Block #1, Brickson Park, Section 8, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Lou Sharmine, representing J. Devine OPPOSED: None <br /> COMMUNICATION: Letter, Dunn Town Board, in favor. <br /> #894. Appeal by Mr. & Mrs. LaVaughn Engen for a variance from required <br /> rear yard as provided by Section 10.06 (8) (a) - Dane County Zoning Ordi- <br /> nance. Variance is necessary to permit a deck addition to the residence <br /> at 5858 Woods Edge Road, Lot #57 - Seminole Forest, Section 8, Town of <br /> Fitchburg. <br /> IN FAVOR: L. Engen OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter; D. Hutchin.on, <br /> neighbor, no objection. Minutes Fitchburg Planning Commission, in favor. <br /> #895. Appeal by James Young for a variance from required setback from no' - <br /> mal high waterline as provided by Section 10.16 (7) (c) & (d) - Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit a deck addition <br /> to residence at 2843 Crescent Drive, part of Government Lot #1 in the <br /> NW 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Richard Larson, Builder, Representing J. Young OPPOSED: No - <br /> COMMUNICATION: Letter, Dunn Town Board, in favor. <br /> #896. Appeal by Anna Bossingham for a variance from required side yard <br /> as provided by Section 10.16 (5) (a) (2) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit replacement of a porch for the residence <br /> at 4268 Jordan Drive - Lot #2, Block #1, Brictson Park, Section 8, Town <br /> of Dunn. <br />
