Motion by Voges second by Schwahn to approve the minutes of Febru <br /> ary 28 and March 25, 1980; Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #872. Appeal by Otto C. Luedtke for a variance from required setback <br /> from normal high water line and required side yard as provided by Sec- <br /> tion 10.16 (7) (d) and 10.07 (7) (a) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance.
