MINUTES <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> Meeting of November 20, 1980 <br /> • <br /> 4111, <br /> PRESENT: Voges, Kruschke, Purcell, Dahlk Schwahn <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dahlk at 7: 30 p.m. in Room <br /> #224, City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class <br /> II notice. Motion by Voges, second by Kruschke to approve the minutes <br /> of October 23 and November 18, 1980. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #948. Appeal by Michael DeFazio for a variance from maximum permitted <br /> height as provided by Section 10.05 (3) (b) to permit an accessory <br /> building, as constructed, on Lots 1 & 2, CSM #3134, 4742 Nora Lane, Sec- <br /> tion 6, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Jim Schaller, Wick Agri Buildings, representing M. DeFazio. <br /> OPPOSED: Mary Root and Lynn Rice on basis of commercial use. TOWN <br /> BOARD: Not present COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #949. Appeal by Robert Lowry for a variance from required yard as pro- <br /> vided by Section 10.07 (7) to permit an addition to the residence on <br /> N 1/2 Lot #13 and Lot #14 and a garage accessory building on Lot #12 and <br /> S 1/2 Lot #13, Block #1, Edgerton Beach Park, 362 and 360 - Lake Shore <br /> Drive, Section 25, Town of Albion. <br /> (11W IN FAVOR: R.
