• <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5618 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> A-2(8) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 24, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said NE 1/4 of Section 24; <br /> thence S 89° 52' 03" West along the South line of said NE 1/4, 1093.94 feet to <br /> its intersection with the East line of Dane County Certified Survey Map #3974; <br /> thence N 38° 38' 44" East along said East line, 12.70 feet to its Easterly <br /> corner thereof; thence N 54° 27 ' 16" West along the Northerly line of said <br /> Certified Survey, 282.92 feet; thence continue along said Northerly line, S 89° <br /> 49' 58" West, 19.96 feet to its intersection with the West line of the <br /> aforesaid SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence N 00° 12 ' 12" West along said West line, 65.82 <br /> feet to its intersection with the South line of Dane County Certified Survey <br /> Map #6810; thence N 71 ° 21 04" East along said South line, 224.16 feet; thence <br /> S 00° 12' 11 " East, 40.00 feet; thence N 89° 47 ' 49" East along said South <br /> line, 200.00 feet the Southeast corner thereof; thence N 00° 12 ' 11 " West along <br /> the East line of said Certified Survey, 200.00 feet; thence S 89° 47 ' 49" West <br /> along the North line of said Certified Survey, 200.00 feet; thence S 00° 12 ' <br /> 11 " East along the Westerly line of said Certified Survey, 90.43 feet; thence S <br /> 71 ° 21 ' 04" West along the Northerly line of said Certified Survey, 224.16 feet <br /> to its intersection with the aforesaid West line of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence N <br /> 00° 12 ' 12" West along said West line, 346.23 feet to the Northwest corner of <br /> the S 1/2 of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S 89° 54 ' 26" East along the North line <br /> of said S 1/2, 1137.1 feet more or less to the centerline of North Jargo Road; <br /> thence Southeasterly along said centerline, 634 feet more or less to its <br /> intersection with the East line of the aforesaid SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S 00° <br /> 08' 35" East along said East line, 61 .3 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2. (b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. The parcel shall not be subdivided <br /> B. Residential development in the A-2(8) zoned area is not permitted. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: � <br />
