This use will benefit the needs of either the residents or <br /> the agricultural activities in the area. <br /> 2 . There are not other locations available for this use. <br /> 3 . The land to be occupied by this use is not productive <br /> agricultural land. <br /> 4 . Public services needed by this use are available. <br /> 5.
