The project is scheduled to be completed during the 1993 season <br /> and we are requesting a one year timetable to assure compliance with the restoration <br /> plan. <br /> Topsoil and overburden would be stripped and stored separately to be used in <br /> in site restoration. The gravel would be removed for base course and no gravel <br /> washing or water is to be used in the process. <br /> The land would then be restored to farmland and be done in accordance with the <br /> applicable provisions of Section 10. 191 of the 1989 Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. <br /> This is a good site for the proposed mineral extraction because it is adjacent <br /> to Hwy. 78 for hauling purposes.
