Testimony <br /> was recorded on tape. <br /> Quackenbush/Jones to approve minutes of 8/25/88 and 9/20/88. Carried, 4-0. <br /> Public Hearing September 22, 1988. <br /> #1759. Appeal by Best Built Garages, agent for Fred Doyle for variance from <br /> required setback from road a maximum square footage of accessory buildings as <br /> provided by Sections 10.17(3) & 10.04(1) to permit construction of residential <br /> garage at 3440 Quam Drive being part of Government Lot #4, Section 26, Town of <br /> Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Arndt, F. Doyle OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> #1760.
