MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON July 28, 1988 <br /> The following members were present: Krushcke, Quackenbush, Rendall, Harvey. <br /> Also: Fleck and Reynolds. <br /> Meeting called to order by Chair Kruschke at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 <br /> City-County Building to hold public hearing as published by Class II Notice <br /> testimony was recorded on tape. <br /> Motion by Quackenbush to elect Mary Krushcke Chair of Dane County Board of <br /> Adjustment. Second by Havey. Motion carried - 3-0. - <br /> Quackenbush/Kruschke to approve minutes of June 21, 1988 and amended minutes <br /> of June 23, 1988. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Public Hearing of July 28, 1988: <br /> #1727. Appeal by Ed Hecker, agent for Roger Segebrecht for a variance from <br /> required setback from normal high watermark and height of accessory buildings <br /> as provided by Sections 10.07(3) (b) , 11.03(2) & 10.16(6 ) (a) (1) to permit <br /> construction of new single family residence and addition to existing <br /> boathouse. Also, for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11.05 <br /> (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Lake Kegonsa at 3216 <br /> Aalseth Lane being Lot # 8 and part of Lot #9 Camp Dewey - Section 25, Town of <br /> Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Ed Hecker OPPOSED: T. Munns, M. Hamlin (letter) <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board, D.N.R. (by phone) . <br /> #1728. Appeal by Michael Theisen for a variance from required sideyard and <br /> maximum square feet of accessory buildings as provided by Sections 10.04(1) & <br /> 10.07(7) to permit construction of residential garage at 951 Burr Oak Street <br /> being Lot 1110, 2nd Addition to Oak Ridge Subdivision at Section 35, Town of <br /> Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Theisen, B. Pulvermacher OPPOSED: -- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board. <br /> #1729. Appeal by Paul Francois for a variance from required setback normal <br /> high watermark as provided by Section 11.03(2) to permit accessory building as <br /> constructed at 528 STH 69 in the W 1/2 NE 1/4 - begin Lot #1, CSM 3197 Section <br /> 27, Town of Montrose. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Donlin, L. Anderson OPPOSED: -- COMMUNICATION: Town Board, <br /> B.F. addressed Board. <br /> #1730. Appeal by Town of Montrose for a Special Exception Permit as provided <br /> by Section 11.05(3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Sugar <br /> River in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 22, Town of Montrose. <br /> IN FAVOR: L.
