Structure serves as area for outdoor activity the alternative to wood <br /> being a concrete slab. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> Motion carried - 2-1, Kruschke, no and Quackenbush, abstain. <br /> #1628. Deck is replacing former structure - in fact new deck is smaller than <br /> original. <br /> 2) . Deck extends no nearer to right-of-way than adjoining residence. <br /> 3) . Structure also serves as an emergency exit. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) .
