MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON 9/24/87 <br /> The following members were present: Kruschke, Miller, Jones & Quackenbush. <br /> Also: Reynolds. <br /> Meeting called to Order by acting Chairman Kruschke at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 <br /> City-County Building as published by Class II Notice. <br /> Miller/Jones to approve minutes of 8/27 + 9/22/87. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1609. Appeal by Patrick Coenen for a variance from required setback from <br /> road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (o) to permit accessory building as <br /> constructed at 4250 Observatory Road in the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 16, Town <br /> of Cross Plains. <br /> IN FAVOR: P. Coenen OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Town Board. <br /> #1610. Appeal by Rosemary Shea & Carol Duppler for a variance from required <br /> setback from normal high water mark and sideyard as provided by Section 11.03 <br /> (2) and 10.07 (7) to permit deck addition to existing residence at 4898 <br /> Wakanda Drive being Lots 12 + 13 and part Lot #11, Block 2, Morris Park <br /> Subdivision - Section 33, Town of Westport. <br /> IN FAVOR: R.
