MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> Loole BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON December 18, 1986 <br /> The following members were present: Voges, Kruschke, Miller, Jones and <br /> Quackenbush. <br /> ALSO: Fleck and Reynolds. <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 <br /> City-County Building as published by Class II Notice. Testimony was recorded <br /> on tape. <br /> Miller/Kruschke to approve minutes of the last meeting - motion carried. 4-0. <br /> #1517. Appeal by Charles & Jan Silbaugh for a Special Exception Permit as <br /> provided by Section 11 .05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 <br /> feet of unnamed ponds in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 7 , Town of Rutland. <br /> IN FAVOR: Charles & Jan Silbaugh OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None. <br /> #1518. Appeal by Dean Olson, agent for Bill and Barb Young for a variance <br /> from required sideyard and square footage of accessory buildings as provided <br /> by Sections 10.04 ( 1 ) & 10.051 (7) to permit existing building to remain after <br /> lot division at 472 CTH N in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 28, Town of Dunkirk. <br /> IN FAVOR: D.
