Numerous patio doors, paneling, 2 toilet facilities, furnace, stone fire <br /> place, bar and related cabinets are associated with human habitation rather <br /> than boat storage and accessories. <br /> 2). The applicant's request for items associated with human habitation to <br /> remain on said premises cannot be considered by this Board for the Board is <br /> not empowered to grant use variances. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The Board re-affirms the Zoning Administrator' s position regarding items <br /> inconsistant with boat and accessory item storage which are permitted with <br /> boathouses. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> Communication from the Town of Westport. <br /> Re: Appeal #1514 recommends strict enforcement of the ordinance. <br /> Requested reconsideration, by the Town of Dunn, of Special Exception #1497. <br /> Quackenbush/Miller to deny the requested reconsideration of permit due to lack <br /> of new evidence or change of conditions to warrant reconsideration. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> Letter from Brian Radke was read to the Board. <br /> Miller/Quackenbush to adjourn - motion carried. 5-0. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 1:50 a.m. <br /> Steven H.
