Lewandowski - Albion. <br /> Kruschke/Quackenbush to grant special exception permit with conditions to fill <br /> and grade within 300 feet of flood zone of tributary to Lake Koshkonong. <br /> 1) . Permit granted as per plans submitted. <br /> 2) . The filled and/or graded and disturbed areas shall be sodded or seeded <br /> with fast growing grasses and mulched to prevent siltation or erosion. <br /> 3) . All spoils shall be spread and leveled. <br /> 4). The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department upon completion of the project. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant provided professional engineer statement detailing negligible <br /> effect to flood storage capacity of Lake Koshkonong. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1502. Weisenberg/Wheeler - Pleasant Springs. <br /> Quackenbush Miller to <br /> / grant special exception permit with conditions to <br /> construct boathouse apron and stabilize shoreline within 300 feet of Lake <br /> Kegonsa. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . Permit granted as per plans submitted. <br /> 2) . The boathouse and related project, including any bank stabilization, <br /> shall blend in with the natural surrounding shoreline area. <br /> 3) . The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department upon completion of the project. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> 2) .
