Leuzinger - Springdale. <br /> Jones/Miller to grant 18 feet more or less variance from centerline of Lewis <br /> Road to allow porch/entry addition to existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Setback encroachment will not extend nearer to centerline than existing <br /> residence. <br /> 2) . Porch is a replacement of former structure in need or repair. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br />
