The deadline date provided <br /> a one year time period instead of 90 days. The correct deadline is <br /> September 19, 1994. <br /> The reason for the different deadline is that your petition <br /> originally proposed a platted subdivision for which a one year <br /> deadline is provided, the petition was subsequently amended by the <br /> Town of Westport to only a four-lot certified survey with a 90 day <br /> recording deadline specified. You are no doubt already aware of <br /> this because of your dealings with the Town of Westport. I <br /> understand that Norbert Scribner has been in contact with your <br /> attorney, Troy Hellenbrand, and he is also aware of it. <br /> Please find enclosed a copy of the zoning amendment as approved, <br /> the Town of Westport action which includes the deed restrictions <br /> that must be recorded, time deadline, etc. , .
