Effective June 2, 1994, the Faga parcel is now situated in an unsewered residential district according to the Town of Westport's Land Use Plan. Thus, we are now reactivating the processing of the Faga Zoning Petition No. 5622 which has been held in abeyance pending the amendment of the Town's Land Use Plan. Although Zoning Petition No. 5622 may not appear on the Zoning Committee agenda you received for the Zoning Committee meeting on June 7, 1994, arrangements have been made with the appropriate County officials for this Zoning Petition to be taken up at your Zoning Committee meeting on Tuesday evening, June 7, 1994 . To refresh your recollection, following is a brief summary of the status of Zoning Petition No. 5622 in bullet format: • Zoning Petition No. 5622 originally sought rezoning to R-1 and RH-1 to permit ten (10) one-acre residential lots and one (1) three and one-half (3 1/2) acre parcel. • A public hearing before the Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee has been held on Zoning Petition No. 5622 . • The Town of Westport approved a resolution approving a rezoning for the Faga parcel that would permit a total of four (4) lots (a copy of (!)
