We further resent his <br /> implications that we have been misleading or dishonest in our <br /> characterizations of such proceedings. <br /> Please note the following: <br /> a) Attorney Wilson has not been present at any of the Town <br /> of Westport proceedings respecting the Faga rezoning <br /> petition; <br /> b) The minutes of the May 18, 1993 Town Board meeting are <br /> inaccurate. Such minutes studiously avoid any <br /> references to alleged improprieties which was virtually <br /> the only subject discussed pertaining to the Faga <br /> matter. <br /> c) Attorney Wilson is misinformed as to what transpired at <br /> the Town of Westport proceedings; and <br /> d) We stand by our letter dated May 20, 1993. <br /> First, at the may 18, 1993 Town Board meeting, I requested <br /> that the Town Board adopt a resolution whereby it neither <br />
