/ o- 4 .. '. .. S . ^ PETITION We the undersigned are opposed to the development of the Faga property at the end of Sumac Circle (Town of Westport ) . We did not oppose the Fagas' original purchase of the land because they agreed to one fouseo]l,, being built on the site (as recorded with Dane County) . We believe that currently there is a traffic and safety problem in this area because of the configuration of the streets, and we believe the problem would be magnified by more development and more traffic volume. Further , relative to the land around the Faga property, the situation now is not very different than it has been the Emslie Plat was always expected and intended on the south side; and the golf course continues the "green space" that is presently on the north, east, and west sides of our neighborhood. The Fagas stated when purchasing this land that they would build one home, board a few horses, and grow flowers for Janice' s dried arrangement business. We believed their statements to be sincere because they agreed to sign the one-house restriction, and we feel that such agreements should be binding and honored.
