Building Room 116 <br /> Martin Luther Blvd. <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> ATTN: Norb Scribner <br /> Dear Norb, <br /> The Town Board of the Town of Blue Mounds held a public <br /> hearing on Tuesday, April 13, 1992 for Wendell Jones (seller) <br /> and Wayne Jones (buyer) on Dane County Zoning petition #5624 <br /> and application for approval of site # 19-93.. - • <br /> The board approved the zoning request 3-0 and at the same time <br /> approved the requested site location as described in preliminary <br /> survey map of 3/17/93 by Thomas Grenlie. <br /> The major reason for approval is because the purpose for rezoning <br /> is to provide a home for a son of Wendell Jones to provide labor <br /> necessary to continue farming.
