• • ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5628 <br /> .4 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the, Town of <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> / The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5628: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 9; thence North, 571.02 <br /> feet along the West line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 9, to the <br /> Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map #4471, Dane County Certified Maps and <br /> the point of beginning of this description; thence continue North, 210 feet <br /> along said West line; thence N 59° 01' 00" East, 530 feet more or less; thence <br /> North, 230 feet more or less; thence East, 340 feet more or less; thence South, <br /> 190 feet more or less; thence West, 140 feet more or less; thence South, 250 <br /> feet more or less to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map #4471, Dane <br /> County Certified Maps; thence N 76° 05' 40" West, 136.70 feet along the North <br /> line of said certified survey map; thence S 59° 01' 00" West, 605.92 feet along <br /> said North line to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
