=;, I1g3 <br /> • - ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5630 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 3, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 3; thence S 00° 08' 52" <br /> West, 1964.71 feet to the point of the beginning of this description; thence <br /> continuing S 00° 08' 52" West, 350.00 feet; thence N 86° 23 ' 34" West, 163.00 <br /> feet; thence N 88° 15 ' 00" West, 1163.52 feet; thence N 00° 09' 36" East, <br /> 663.38 feet; thence N 60° 09 ' 36" East, 230.80 feet; thence S 00° 09 ' 36" West, <br /> 34.27 feet; thence S 89° 50' 24" East, 317.00 feet; thence S 00° 09 ' 36" West, <br /> 436.77 feet; thence S 89° 51 ' 08" East, 808.83 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2. (b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CONDITION <br /> 1 . The access to the property shall only be a private drive until a public <br /> dedicated road is provided to the property. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Division of the property is not permitted until a public dedicated road <br /> is provided to the property. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
