The manufacturing that would take place in the <br /> building that I would have built would consist of the construction of <br /> ornamental wrought iron railings. My business would also provide welding <br /> repairs. This would be a small operation. I have 12+ years of experience in <br /> this type of work. <br /> If the land would be rezoned, the building that I would like to have <br /> constructed would be a metal pole barn commercial building which would meet <br /> area commercial codes.
