• ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5635 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of DUNN The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-3A Residential and R-1A Residential District the following described land: Pet. #5635: Part of the NW 1 /4 SE 1/4 Section 32, Town of Dunn described as follows: TO R-3A: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 32; thence N 87°76' 12" West, 1711 .79 feet along the South line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 32; thence N 00° 17 ' 00" West, 1041 .10 feet; thence continuing N 00° 17 ' 00" West, along said West line, 286.88 feet to a point of beginning; thence continuing N 00° 17 ' 00" West, 524.03 feet; thence S 89° 48' 46" West, 215.00 feet; thence S 00° 17 ' 00" East, 524.39 feet; thence N 89° 43' 00" East, 215.00 feet to the point of beginning. The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
