. - <br /> April 1997 <br /> PETITION TO REZONE LAND IN DANE COUNTY <br /> Attached is a preliminary survey map of two parcels of land <br /> that we would like to propose be rezoned from agricultural to <br /> residental to provide land for two of our children. The <br /> children are Merlane Keller and her husband Thomas W Keller, <br /> and Bonnie Kopke. <br /> Our farm consists of approximately 108 acres and the two lots <br /> total 4 acres. This division does meet the Town of Dunn land <br /> use reouirements. We have attended a Town of Dunn olanning <br /> meeting and have been granted oermission to go ahead with <br /> this rezonin� repuest. <br /> The tax oarcel number of our farm is 14-29-702, 703, an� 704 <br /> Merlane and Thomas plan to build on their oarcel in the <br /> summer of 1993. <br /> Bonnie Kopke is still investigating building options for <br /> 1993, but may not build until spring 1994. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Merle & Loraine Kopke <br />
