' ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5637 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors doe- ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage 'rove be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following d=scribed land: <br /> Pet. #5637: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 2' , Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Beginning at a point in se centerline of Vilas Road and on the <br /> East-West quarter line of said Section 29; thence Easterly along the East-West <br /> quarter line, 270 feet more or ess; thence Southeasterly 400 feet more or <br /> less; thence Southwesterly, 2, 1 feet more or less; thence Westerly, 330 feet <br /> more or less to the centerline of said Vilas Road; thence Northweterly along <br /> said centerline, 650 feet m-re or less to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed descript on/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map wil be prepared for approval and recorded.
