ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5638 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 and <br /> RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5638: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 17, Town of Dunn described as follows: TO <br /> RH-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section; thence N 89° 16' <br /> 40" East, 887 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence continue N <br /> 89° 16' 40" East, 370 feet more or less; thence N 03° 48' 45" East 710 feet <br /> more or less; thence S 89° 16' 40" West, 370 feet more or less; thence S 03° <br /> 48' 45" West, 710 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4: Beginning at the West quarter corner Section 17; thence N 03° 29' 40" <br /> East, 1325.00 feet; thence N 89° /3' 10" East, 1264.81 feet; thence S 03° 48' <br /> 45" West, 578 more or less feet; thence S 89° 16' 40" West, 370 more or less <br /> feet; thence S 03° 48' 45" Westp 710 more or less feet; thence S 89° 16' 888 <br /> more or less feet to the point/of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/ is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
