• <br /> 77 Z ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5638 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 17, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section and the point of <br /> beginning of this description; Thence N 03° 29 ' 40" East, 1325.50 feet; thence <br /> N 89° 23' 10" East, 1264.61 feet; thence S 03° 48' 45" West 1288.30 feet; <br /> thence N 89° 16' 40" East, 70.22 feet ; thence S 03° 48 ' 45" West, 35.36 feet: <br /> thence S 89° 16' 40" West 1327.84 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CONDITION <br /> No more than two parcels shall be created and each parcel shall be larger than <br /> 16 acres. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
