<br /> The Plan Commission reviewed the proposed land division which divides the Stace
<br /> '. property into two parcels, one with the buildings at 6 acres and the remaining vacant
<br /> • parcel at 32.3 acres. The Plan Commission is concerned about the larger parcel being
<br /> more than 32 acres because the minimum size lot for RH-4 zoned parcels is 16, and that
<br /> would allow for another split of that 32 acres without a rezoning.
<br /> Therefore, the Plan Commission is recommending you amend the boundary of the
<br /> proposed certified survey map to make the largest parcel less than 32 acres in size. The
<br /> size of the parcels s flexible to the extent that the acreage of any one parcel, when
