DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AM I MENT NO.9111 <br /> ending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the To of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br /> • Blue Mounds be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9111 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 114 Section 22,Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: Lot#3, CSM#10980 as found <br /> in Volume 66,Page 1,Certified Survey Maps,Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> g� Y� p P tY <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following condition(s). <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1) Deed restrict the property limiting the property to a maximum of five(5)storage buildings(including <br /> storage of contractor's equipment and office space for contracting business); <br /> 2) Deed restrict the property limiting the maximum cumulative total area of all the buildings on the property to <br /> no more than 22,500 square feet. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s) will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> � � <br /> • <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the <br /> provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
