' s 5610-02-71 and <br /> 5610-02-73 . Mashuda Contractors , Inc . will be the general <br /> contractor on this project , which includes work on Hwy. 78 from USH <br /> 14 to USH 12 . Payne & Dolan intends to erect a portable asphalt <br /> plant at the site for the purpose of producing the asphalt mix to <br /> be used on this project . This project will be completed during the <br /> 1993 construction season. The expected date to start this project <br /> is in July or August . The length of time the asphalt plant will be <br /> at the site is six to eight weeks . <br /> The area is currently zoned a-2, and has a current mineral <br /> extraction permit . This is a logical site for the asphalt plant as <br /> the aggregates for the asphalt mixture will be taken from the same <br /> site . <br /> The portable asphalt plant requires no water, and is <br /> completely portable .
