• Agreement Restricting Use of Property This Agreement Restricting Use of Property is made as of 1993, by Harold M. Ziegler and Calvin R. Ziegler ("Grantor") fort benefit of the Town of Burke ("Grantee"). WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of the real property located at 5067 Reiner Road, Madison, Wisconsin, and legally described as follows: A portion of the E1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 26, T8N, R10E, Town of Burke, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Section 26; thence north 2,040 ft along the east line of Section 26,; thence west along a line parallel to the north line of the SE1/4 of Section 26, to the west line of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4; thence south along said west line to the south line of Section 26; thence east along said south line to the southeast corner of Section 26. WHEREAS, Grantor desires to establish restrictions running with the property and binding upon Grantor's assigns, heirs and successors. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration received from Grantee, Grantor covenants, grants and warrants onto Grantee, as follows: 1. Grantor covenants onto Grantee that the restrictions set forth in attached Exhibit A are specifically made applicable to the Property. 2. Grantor covenants onto Grantee that the r trictions and covenants set forth in attached Exhibit A and the Agreement dated ..�N.p =, 1993; by and between Grantor and Grantee shall run with the land, sh be binding upon Grantor's assigns, heirs and successors, and shall be enforceable y Grantee. 3. This Agreement (and the restrictions and covenants set forth in attached Exhibit A) shall remain effective until such time as utually terminated by Grantor and Grantee or such time as the Agreement dated __Kik- -E- , 1993, by and between Grantor and Grantee is terminated.
