• <br /> Agreement Restricting Use of Property <br /> This Agreement Restricting Use of Property is made as of <br /> 1993, by Harold M. Ziegler and Calvin R. Ziegler ("Grantor") fort benefit of the <br /> Town of Burke ("Grantee"). <br /> WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of the real property located at 5067 Reiner <br /> Road, Madison, Wisconsin, and legally described as follows: <br /> A portion of the E1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 26, T8N, R10E, Town of Burke, Dane <br /> County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of Section 26; thence north 2,040 ft along the east <br /> line of Section 26,; thence west along a line parallel to the north line of the SE1/4 of <br /> Section 26, to the west line of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4; thence south along said west <br /> line to the south line of Section 26; thence east along said south line to the southeast <br /> corner of Section 26. <br /> WHEREAS, Grantor desires to establish restrictions running with the property <br /> and binding upon Grantor's assigns, heirs and successors. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of $1.00 and other good and valuable <br /> consideration received from Grantee, Grantor covenants, grants and warrants onto <br /> Grantee, as follows: <br /> 1. Grantor covenants onto Grantee that the restrictions set forth in attached <br /> Exhibit A are specifically made applicable to the Property. <br /> 2. Grantor covenants onto Grantee that the r trictions and covenants set <br /> forth in attached Exhibit A and the Agreement dated ..�N.p =, 1993; by and <br /> between Grantor and Grantee shall run with the land, sh be binding upon Grantor's <br /> assigns, heirs and successors, and shall be enforceable y Grantee. <br /> 3.
