ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5642 <br /> / 4' <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE / SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does orda • as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove • •d Sun Prairie be amended to <br /> include in the R-1 Residential and RH-4 Rural Hoses District the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #5642: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33 and '1 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 4, Town of <br /> Cottage Grove described as follows: TO '-1: Commencing at a point in the <br /> centerline of Gaston Road which is also the Southwest corner of CSM #5517, Lot <br /> #2, thence S 51° 35' 30" West 35.4 fe- along the centerline of Gaston Road to <br /> the intersection with the North line •f Section 4, Town of Cottage Grove and <br /> the point of beginning. Thence con 'nue S 51° 35' 30" West 84 feet more or <br /> less along the said centerline to • e West line; thence S 38° 05' East 432 <br /> feet; thence N 51° 35' 30' East DI feet; thence N 38° 05' West 420 feet to the <br /> North line of Section 4, Cottage rove; thence Westerly 20 feet more or less <br /> along the said North line Sect'. 4 to the centerline of Gaston Road and the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/- is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
