No multi-family structure shall be <br /> constructed on the parcel. <br /> 2) A minimum vertical dimension of 24 ft (twenty-four feet) shall be <br /> maintained between the highest point of any building or other structure which <br /> may be constructed on the parcel, and the blufftop land formation which <br /> transects the southern part of the parcel. The vertical elevation of any <br /> building or other structure which may be constructed on the parcel shall not <br /> exceed the elevation of the transecting blufftop, less the 24 ft (twenty-four <br /> foot) cited clearance dimension, as measured from the point of the blufftop <br /> nearest any part of the building or other structure. <br /> ic2i C=/(OA.J <br /> AKThe dimensions specified in all present Dane County highway right-of-way <br /> building setback regulations shall be maintained in perpetuity for the <br /> parcel, namely, a highway right-of-way of 150 ft (one hundred and fifty feet) <br /> from the center of County Rd P&S; a setback of 42 ft (forty-two feet) into the <br /> parcel from the highway right-of-way line; a rear setback of 50 ft (fifty <br /> feet) from the western boundary of the parcel; a side yard setback of 10 ft <br /> (ten feet) from the northern boundary.
