24 ) ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5645 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes and R-1A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5645: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> TO R-1A: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 16; thence East <br /> along the North line of said Section, 1290 feet; thence South , 1279 feet to the <br /> centerline of CTH T; thence N 75° East, 155 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue N 75° East, 250 feet; thence North , 215 feet; thence S 75° <br /> West, 250 feet; thence South, 215 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-1 : Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 16; thence East <br /> along the North line of said Section, 1290 feet; thence South, 854 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue South , 425 feet to the centerline of CTH T; <br /> thence N 75° East along said centerline, 155 feet; thence North, 215 feet; <br /> thence N 75° East, 250 feet; thence North , 105 feet; thence West, 400 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2. (b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record <br /> the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITION <br /> 1 . Approval is contingent upon zoning department inspection to verify that <br /> the building on the proposed R-1 zoned area is a bonafide residence and <br /> not just an accessory building. <br /> 41G , 3 <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE ' <br />
